Private cloud with data sovereignty
When using cloud technologies, companies are typically required to comply with strict requirements in terms of data protection, performance, and regulations such as KRITIS. That’s why many organizations look to private cloud solutions, especially if they handle sensitive data.
Multicloud Private from ITENOS gives customers a high level of data protection on their own dedicated hardware in German data centers.
What makes ITENOS Multicloud Private stand out?

Full control, transparency, and data sovereignty
Multicloud Private is our transparent private cloud solution that allows companies to access dedicated hardware with shared storage. Private cloud storage is therefore perfect for any company that doesn’t want to use hyperscalers but does want to meet data protection or performance requirements, or needs to comply with KRITIS regulations. The private cloud guarantees a high level of data protection, data security, and availability because data always stays on dedicated hardware. This means that customers always know where their data is located, giving them the data sovereignty they need.
End-to-end value creation
As an experienced private cloud provider, ITENOS offers custom services along the entire value chain – from Data centers to comprehensive Managed services. This gives customers full control over all levels of their IT infrastructure for unparalleled service and transparency. Multicloud Private focuses on stability, making it a great choice for a reliable IT landscape that you can plan for the long term.
Better safe than sorry: Geo-redundancy for even more security
Multicloud Private can also be deployed with geo-redundancy to ensure maximum protection, even if one location fails. The optional Multicloud Geo-redundancy add-on for the private cloud guarantees resilience and high system availability. That is why, for example, the IT systems between the Frankfurt-Kleyerstraße data center and Hamburg-Ahrensburg are geo-redundant. This complies with the latest BSI (German Federal Office for Information Security) standard for highly available and geo-redundant data centers to ensure availability in the event of disasters or other disruptions. The Multicloud Geo-redundancy add-on allows customers to choose from three levels, whether they want to outsource just backups or also disaster recovery to Ahrensburg, or whether they want to keep active resources in both data centers.
