Data center Düsseldorf 1
Secure IT infrastructure in the Rhineland
Our data center in Düsseldorf, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, offers state-of-the-art IT infrastructure over a total area exceeding 2,000 m². The location is ideal for secure housing, high availability and optimal connection of your servers in colocation areas or in dedicated rooms. Raised floors with a load-bearing capacity of 1000 kg/m², fire-resistant F90 walls and T30 steel safety doors ensure maximum security. The entire data center is monitored around the clock and sends all alarms and technical notifications to the ITENOS service desk in Bonn. The security staff uses a discrete alarm circuit.
Connectivity paired with optimal housing services
The network is IPv6 ready and equipped with Cisco network components, connected to the internet using fiber optic and copper cabling via two independent carriers. A connection to DE-CIX, the largest German internet exchange in Frankfurt, is available. Benefit also from our extensive housing services: on request, we can replace your hardware components and check or destroy them. ITENOS also takes care of cabling in the rack as well as the manual operation of the hardware. All operations are documented according to your specifications. To avoid loss or damage, OTDR and performance-level measurements are carried out on the equipment as required and checked using a fiber-optic hardware loop.
