Data center Hamburg 2

  • Fully developed, with a maximum power capacity of 20 MW on 10,000 m²
  • Certified according to DIN EN 50600 Level 3, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001
  • Connected to the DataLogistIX platform
  • Connection to the DE-CIX

Optimal connectivity in the north

When completed, our second data center located just outside Hamburg (Ahrensburg) will offer 10,000 m² of space powered by up to 20 megawatts. What’s more, it will be certified DIN EN 50600 Level 3 (planning, new construction, and operation of data centers), ISO 27001 (information security in management systems), and ISO 9001 (quality management) compliant, among others. This means that your IT infrastructure will be in the best of hands just 20 kilometers from the center of Hamburg. The data center’s direct connection to our DataLogistIX platform means that our customers in northern Germany will be able to rely on high-performance Internet connections, direct cloud connections to the major hyperscalers, and other services—all from a single location. Our HAM2 data center will also connect to the DE-CIX data point in Frankfurt for maximum connectivity.

Comprehensive security

Our future-proof, multi-level security concept, redundant core systems, and state-of-the-art early fire warning systems ensure both maximum security and availability. Of course, we also rely on 100 percent green electricity for sustainable operation. In our highly secure data center, we provide you with colocation racks from 2kW to 10kW (higher capacities available on request) as well as cages and dedicated rooms.

Varied service offerings

As with all ITENOS data centers, an extensive housing service offer is also available. So that you can concentrate on your core business, we are happy to take care of the setup, dismantling, and disposal of your own racks upon request. Additionally, our experts are available for hardware installation and operation, the installation and deinstallation of power supplies, and performance level measurements. Of course, you can always rely on our 24/7 Service Desk in Germany in case of need.
